sadly u have to do the entire process again.. 140 is for the employer.. but with perm u will be able to get back in track soon.. but u will loose the priority date.. good luck

i think both are same.. i received a notice my case is transferred to NBC but when i received the finger print notice it says MSC

is there any reason u have to wait 6 months ? you already have the green card - why do u have to wait - can they take it back ?

i am not exactly sure why they transfer it to NBC.. my attorney told me that they transfer the cases require personal interview in local uscis office

i am in the similar situation.. my case was transferred to NBC... My PD is march 2000.. don't know how long will this take.. it is frustrating
