They normally send a copy of the RFE to your lawyer. Did you check with your lawyer?

My 2nd FP came in as RFE. I already got an RFE in Dec 2002. Did you already get an RFE before? If you did then it will most probably be just a 2nd FP notice, if not then expect a RFE...but you never know, you might get lucky and never get a RFE

Rcvd 2nd FP notice on thursday(7/3/03). Website updated sometime between thursday night and sunday night. AVM and online status got updated to Rfe sent so 2nd Fps come show up as RFE's WAC-02-046 ND 11/21/01 1st FP 1/28/02 RFE Dec 2002(EVL, W2's, tax return) 2nd FP 7/8/03

SM, I got a response in the mail. They sent the response after 2 weeks of my enquiry to the NSC. There is no value in the response b/c it is so fucked up. What is point in getting a response that is so general???

no response to my 2 emails and the fax. I did however get a reponse to my enquiry to the NSC last week. You know what I got.... "we are currently processing cases with your dates" :confused: :confused:

actually any of you got any reservations about us bombarding all the major news channels with our emails?

Just see this baord and you will see that some people are still getting approved. My company lawyer refused to help me with faxes or email inquiry. I am suspecting that your lawyer doesn't care either.
