Apparently because of change of address....
Well, I called BCIS and they have my new address now (obviously AR-11 wasn't enough). Lady on the phone told me to wait at least 30 days and after that I can file somekind of delayed delivery notice. Does anyone know how it should look like and could I send it to California Service Center by fax or only by mail?
I called BCIS again today to ask information and this time lady on the phone told me to go to the local office here in San Francisco and ask there what RFE is all about 'cause they should know and if she is going to send request to CSC it's going to take 3-4 weeks to proceed and they will eventually drop my case (because of 12 weeks limit in answering). Can anyone confirm that local offices have the information what Service Centers are requesting for? I really would'nt like to the local office to stand in a line 5.oo in the morning and to be turned back 6 hours later! Thank You
