    Guys I am completing 180 days in June end and thinking of shifting job if the regulation will ever come out. Here is my question: Can someone answer this??? Thanks. How does INS comes to know that a person has shifted job? or do they ever come to know with the data avail. with them.

    No Title Someone mentioned you get 30 days to leave US. You can enter USA with a new H1 (subject to cap) (I am not sure about the rule which says you have live outside US for 1 year in order to get H1 again after 6 year H1 completed).

    AVM says case can not be found

    No Title I had the same problem over the weekend \' EACXXXXXXX not found\' but it came back to \'Your app recd blah....blah....\' today. I guess there is no connection b/w case not found and approval/transfer. (This may be due to AVM problem/updates). Hope this helps.
