Good Information from IIO

Got some new information from the IIO:

- AVM gets updated around 1:00AM
- People who have received RFE and who sent the response back are typically getting the "0" day message.
- June Visa Bulletin was sent to Adjudication officers at 10AM today (June 5th)
- Cases that are pending visa availability should move fairly quickly

Not necessarily.

AVM can be updated anytime of the day. If the officer is good he does the AVM update right away.
else it will be in queue.
