My ND is also Nov 22 and EAC # 01-040xxxxx. From Nov 22nd to Till end of the Dec there are only 25 working days. Even if INS worked on few saturdays, still Dec ND cannot have 01-080XXXXX EAC #\'s.

INS year starts from October and ends Sept end.

So for Oct\'2000 - Dec\'2000 cases will have EAC-01-XXX-XXXXX

        You lost this time also. EAC-01-06xxxxx falls in the first week of Oct. Make another guess. You may be close at that time.

If it is 00-106, It may be end of February 2000, early March 2000. If it is 01-060, yes it may be a December 2000 case. Seeing VSC approving December 2000 cases is so surprising...

My ND is Dec,2000 and the EAC No. 01-050-xxxxx. This guy is definitely bullshitting all of us.

My RD is NOV00 and ND Dec 00 and the EAC number starts with EAC 01-047.

I guess the year of INS is the financial year. So, from September each year, it might become to next year. My ND is in Dec, 2000, and my EAC# is 01-xxx xxxx.
