since they are all APPROVED, you dont really have to worry about anything. "call them once every 10 days" is what i got from a really expensive attorney. normally, that is how long they need to react

what i would do is to call them once :D every 10 days.

they send out the welcome letter on 27th, i got the letter on may 1st. on may 2nd, i got the plastic. the letter came with the card was also dated 27th.

call them. they will send you a letter to confirm the change. i have changed my address twice, and both letters were received within a week. if you dont receive the letter within a week, call them to verify your address

my RD is 04-2001 biometrics code 3 was sent in may-2005, but i didnt get the letter but my ar11 was ignored. they re-sent the code 3 letter in march-2006 , one month after i called them to change my address. cant answer the rest of your question, but you need to wait for at least 4 years
