same situation as you, wife got the card on 1/25, LUD was 1/20 for me - no change in message :(

Congratulations I wouldnt worry about the I-140 status on the web site. My I-140 got approved sometime in May and we got the approval. The website meanwhile still shows the status as having received the application in Sept. 03 Congratulations once again, and have a great new year :)

I had a 8.30 am appt. Was done with the stamping by 10.00 I think it shelps to get an early morning appt. I think they get backed up later in the day. HTH Good Luck

I had the same message till I got approved. The only LUD change was 2 weeks before approval. While its frustrating to not know whats going on, I believe you must be very close to getting approved if not approved already:) If you get the approval letter in the mail today - dont forget to invite...

spouse got approved as well Her e-mails followed an hour after mine. MY last and only LUD was 11/15/04.

The date usually refers to your priority date if you have been resident here for the process. my 2cents. I would ask some lawyer in their free weekly chats etc. to confirm.

are u sure this is not my case :) my dates are the same as yours all the way through. PD 5/14/01, I-485 same nd and fp dates. Hopefully the AD is the same as well. Congratulations, and good luck for the future.

any updates guys? Since my case never gets updated online - I am flying blind in a sense, hoping that my cases tracks yours as we have similar dates.
