I recd the email on 31st Dec stating that card mailed on 31-Dec-2004.

NIW I-140 ND - July 17, 2002
I-485 filed - July 2003
I-140 approved - April 5 2004
I-485 approved - Oct 25-2004

PP stamped : Nov 3 2004
Card recieved : Dec 31st -2004.
