I just received email that my case has approved.

EB2
I485 ND - 9/4/2003.
I485 AD - 10/27/2004.

Hope everbody else gets fast approvals.

Can you tell us if there was an RFE or was it a regular approval? also whendid u do your FP1?

I ask 'coz my 485 RD is in aug 2003. Kinda getting my hopes up now :)
 
I didn't get any RFE.

I did my on FP1 10/8/2004. Couple of my friends in August'2003 also got their approvals.

Any changes in LUD prior to approval

Congrats bullbull!

I did my FP1 early 10/1 (scheduled 11/3) .

My wife message FP received and LUD changed on 10/7 & got email with new message but not for me.

Today I noticed that LUD changed to 10/27 for both of us but no message change or email.

Did you see any changes in LUD before approval?

It's is encouraging to see 2003 approvals, but disappointed that mine is not getting approved.

485 ND - May 2003.
 
What time do these approval emails usually come in. I dont have access to the registered email from work and dont want to change the email to work email.
 
are u sure this is not my case :)

my dates are the same as yours all the way through. PD 5/14/01, I-485 same nd and fp dates. Hopefully the AD is the same as well.

Congraaaaaaaaaaaaats,
does labor PD has anything to do with this?

based on my i-140 approval notice my PD is april 2001, my 140/485 ND is sep 26 2003 and i140 was approved on spe 28 2004, did my FP on 10/28/2004
