Is there any time limit need to pass to sue? I know that for getting interview you need to wait at least 3 years, but for this how long people should wait then do mandamus?

then sue them immediately !!! it will cost around $4500 if you can afford it then go ahead right away.
I hope so today my status changed to recession was mailed but I didn’t see fee was waived
