Waiting Asylum decision

But in USCIS account , there is no documents under i765 which means they vlosed the case . I am feeling they referred court after they the gave approval first . Like they changed their mind

No, new EAD will be issued under the same receipt number. When it will be issued, you can see the in your account. Or if you want to see, login to your account and add the case the case number, it will show the status. But this is 1000% confirm that your case is approved. Don’t take stress. Just celebrate it.

Please stop asking these type of questions. You are now Asylee. That was the last status changed. After this, status will remain same. Now no need to check the status. Focus on your next things you need to do. I hope your questions will end now.
 
I just got approval from Newark office , I know some of you are still waiting for decision from same office, if it helps here is my timeline

Applied on Dec 2021
Interview on April 2022
Decision on February 2024

It seems like Newark office is finally working on cases, the only thing I did during this time is I created a ”case outside normal processing time” ticket every month for the last one year, but I not sure if that has something to do with the decision being made, I am just mentioning what I did.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah of course it's all circumstantial and depends on the case . I just wanted to know if it's a possibility because my assumption is he might got approved on his asylum and they decided to process AOS instead of issues him a travel document based on TPS. And yeah he have been inspected and paroled the border and didn't overstay his visa .

Congratulation on your approval! you are so lucky! Can you explain what is means "case outside normal processing time” and how did you do that. is it expedite or, additional online process tracking ?
