Waiting Asylum decision

I have a question. Can I move to another state when waiting for the interview decision? Will the case also be moved to another state if I move?

If you want to move to another state permanently then definitely you should inform the concerned asylum office, and they will transfer your case to that state.

I know. But the decision is still pending. So if I move, my case will be decided by another AO in the new state instead of the office that I was interviewed?

Can i use a virtual mailbox or ups mail box in another state with a higher acceptance rate? like San Francisco or Arlington? my decision is pending since mai 2022 at Chicago office.

Hello Mufasa, hmmmm I am in SF my decision has been pending since July 2022, maybe you should consider Arlington

Any kind of mailbox has no concern with your approval or denial. Case is considered on 5 basis and also analysis of your written statement/declaration and the interview.

thank you for your reply, i am not looking for the result approval or denial. i am looking for reply and if i can use a virtual mailbox or UPS mailbox.

You talked about higher acceptance rate? What do you mean by that? What is connection of higher acceptance rate with the mailbox? Please clarify. Ambiguity in your question.

let me correct that, little mistake, i want to say faster replay. not acceptance rate. but the meaning of my question is , it is possible to use virtual mailbox or ups mailbox in another state?

Why you want to use the other mailbox in another state? I don’t think so. This suits only when you physically move to any other state. But you can confirm form Amma USCIS via virtual chat.
 
Guys, someone moved to Alaska after waiting 4 years for interview and everything from interview to decision was don in 7 months in Alaska. I think it moves faster over there. Its very very cold though
