I have a quick question. I got my asylum interview after I expedited for humanitarian/ health reason. It’s been a month since my interview and decision is stil pending. When will I need to reach out to them to ask an update since I have to leave the state soon because of humanitarian reasons? Thanks

ANOTHER ONE who says only rumors and fake info!!!! RTD TAKES 14 MONTHS AND GC TAKES FROM 12-17 MONTHS please if you don't know what you are talking about don't make up things in your head and come spread it here

What are you talking about that person is asking better time to apply for RTD and I485
That’s why he said wait at least 6 months for I485 and they can apply right away for RTD

Emails worked for me too, but only after 10 months of not receiving a decision.

That means nothing. One guy was changed to mail but he got approval. He was one week behind me. Anything is possible.

Hi, I got decision the same day when judge ordered to show good cause and gave 60 days. Still don’t know was it reaction on email about Mandamus or Mandamus. Updates in case tracker were 4 days later
