Waiting Asylum decision

He applied and sent I-589 to USCIS (Not to court bcs court was showing : No case found)
SO applied for I-765 after 150 days still..he got denied and sent this attached notice.

You should keep active F1 status, that will prevent you from deportation.

Anyone came through borders should be ready to go back home soon with trump Even legal immigrants don’t feel bad for them! There is no excuse to come through the borders that way like breaking in someone house ! No way

Some immigrants thou have a justifiable reason to seek asylum even get approval. As long as you have creditable fear to return and if you can prove it to the required degree you should get protection even if you crossed boarder.

We all know 80% of the people crossing the borders are coming here for economic reasons let’s all be honest and not play these games! They ran away of poverty so it’s asylum fraud

Ideally how long does it takes delivery the mail after status changed to Decision Was Mailed?

Congratulations on the end of waiting.
I believe it's couple days to deliver the mail from what I've heard form others.
Do you mind sharing timeline & office location?

Since he is closer to the 1 year mark, by the time we communicate and send the green card back to USCIS, he would have passed his 1 year mark. Also it’s USCIS error. They have all his information on when his case was granted, they shouldn’t have approved it in the first place.
Since everyone is trying hard to get a green card well before trump comes to office, it would prove costly to send the green card back. I will update everyone on what is the back date on the card once the physical card arrives.

Guys, my friend received his green card. Backdated as nov 2023. But he got his case approved this year. Did not complete one year.

If he doesn’t send it back let him know when he applies for the citizenship he will regret like never cause they will make him wait for another 4 years as he was ineligible to receive this benefit
 
Hello friends, I receive this morning 8:09am email about USCIS, saying we have taken an action on your case. I have decision pending asylums interview I had Mai 2022 till now pending decision and my work permit I have been waiting 12 months now.
Is this action on my work permit or asylums decision? Please advise
I have checked my status nothing changed

01/24/2024 interview day and status changed to decision pending
10/30/2024 You completed your interview with USCIS and status changed to Application pending.
Do you recommend file Mandamus now?
Do I hire the same attorney in my case?
