You wrote that you got “decision was mailed”.
Did you have any update after this such as “fees were waived” “new card is being produced” and possibility to add your case in USCIS account?

Yes, later my case status changed to “fees were waived” then“new card is being produced”, received approvals letter in the mail.
Now I am waiting for new EAD

Why you are thinking to file a mandamus since you just completed your interview 21 days ago , mandamus for delay decision work only if it’s delayed for 18 months

4 months from the date of WOM my interview schedule after 2 months ,interview next month, 18 days from the date interview waiting for decision, status changed 2 time within 3 days from decision pending to application pending again back to decision pending was yesterday, WOM will not accepted if your waiting time for interview less than 5 years . Usually in Chicago the reply on your WOM will be between 40-60 days

Thank you! My case in total is 5 years but I been waiting for DECISION after interview 2+ years and filed WOM.

Because mostly after Decision is Pending changes to Decision was Mailed or Fee were Waived. Changing the status to Application is pending means they are reviewing your application and it may be referred to court. This is guess is based on my experience/observation. This person was asking about time when they should file forms for RTD/GC after approved asylum, not how long it takes to receive processed RTD or GC.
Please stop spreading hatred through this thread. This is the place people come to help each other, not shout at each other.

It seems you’re quick to anger, please take the time to understand what the person is responding to. They were correct with their answer as the person was asking about application timeline. Please try to be calm with others, so many people are already tense
