Louis…nobody on this forum is attorney or AO. Everybody is giving their opinion. The opinion I gave is my personal opinion as I said basis on my personal information, knowledge and study. I cannot give you the specific examples but yes I know some people had the same situation and got referral. So don’t be aggressive, as I said that it depends upon the case. And the simple point to understand is that if they reopened your file, it means they want to investigate something that differs with something you told. Otherwise there was no need to change the status.
I am not spreading disinformation, but based on my experience, it’s a little bit bad sign but as I said if everything goes well during review, case can be approved. I didn’t talk specifically about your case. I shared my opinion in general. So try be respectful and respect the opinion of others. You have a right to disagree but you cannot say that this is a disinformation. As Asylee11 also verified my point.
