Waiting Asylum decision

So what does that mean?
I really don’t know @ Gibz91. Where we are
Just shared as D assylum 2021,Had discussion about clock with seeker 512. So let’s c what is his point of view on this.
I think it’s a general message on every body’s status who have completed interview.

where someone stucks pain starts from right there. This is my point of view. We can never feel pain of those who are waiting for interview 2/3/4/5/6/7years or plus as we passed quickly or may be slowly to went through this process. Same way waiting for interview , They can’t feel the pain of those waiting for decision which can be anything, Yes/No. Fear and uncertainty breaks everyone somehow. I think one should be ready for 10/12 years for whole assylum process maximum. Minimum should be 4/8 years. Again this is my personal thought.

It means that your clock not stopped. You are good to go. You may receive a positive decision. Let’s see.

For real my bro?? Should we celebrate?.. thank you for some positivity bro, that made me feel better haha.
This is my observation based on my study, experience and knowledge. Still your case will have to undergo with different stages. But remain hopeful. God will do better. It only means that they didn't stop your EAD clock. If they stop your clock, that status is different and stopping the clock by Asylum office is not a good sign. So wait, be patient, celebration is too far. I said you "may" receive a positive outcome.

Hi Everyone, you guys are amazing here. Been reading this thread, and found a lot of useful info. Thanks a lot!
My timeline:
Oct 2015 - filed for asylum
Aug 2023 - had an interview (after 8 years, thank you USCIS New York)
Current status - "pending decision".
The lawyer sent an inquiry to USCIS about the case status - they closed the inquiry without sending a response. Outstanding service, gotta love USCIS....
Haven't started panicking yet since it's early, and I don't think I have the capacity for it cuz I'm over this nonsense... I'll try the avenues you guys mentioned here to get the decision after 6 months of waiting.
If anyone here had their interview at Bethpage NY, could you please message here? Curious about how long everyone is waiting for their decision in NY.
