Yes, I do. I am waiting to hear back from USCIS about my expedite request; if it doesn’t work, it is time for me to file WOM.

I had actually my interview and waiting for the decision. Almost 2 years now. What is the longest wait after interview before decision?

Thank you! My laywer talked with goverment laywers and they agreed to freeze the lawsuit for 3 more months so I can get my decsison as well. I found a lawyer in NY whose specialization is federal litigation to prepare the lawsuit for me!

Hi everyone i had ınterview in Arlington office about 9 months ago and the officer said I can go and pick up the decision after 2 weeks and after one week i got an email which they were asking for my full marriage certificate and I send them by email. 2 months ago I went to the office and they said they received the mail. But I am still waiting any advice? Thanks

I still waiting decision from Arlington office about 15 months...

I am not sure about the longest wait time, but I have seen some people here who say they have been waiting for a couple of years.

I heard someone waited for 3 years after interview bf decision. I wonder is there is anyone waited or waiting for more than 3 years.

Hello All, To kill time and not be depressed i have taken to fooling around with USCIS case# and i am mystified and would want your opinions or take if you have noticed this, i chose a random ZHN17000xxxxx and then did a case search adding 1000 to the number chosen and this is where i got spooked, out of the 1000, ONLY 41 were valid receipt numbers, out of the 41, only 16 had been completed or decided while 25 were either awaiting interview like me or file closed, NOW my question, does anyone have an idea of how receipt numbers are spaced out? I am doing this exercise to maintain my sanity after waiting almost 7 years for interview and to see if theres any noticeable TREND with interview appointments. THANK YOU

My Friend, instead of waisting your wisdom and time on this useless exercise if you would have spend time on your own case resolution it would have beneficial for you. Try to start some efforts to do something so that you could reach to your interview. Don't spend your precious time just to searching that how the receipt numbers are issued. Anyhow, it's up to you.

True bro, if i had gone 7 years without interview, i would go to asylum office in person and tell them im not leaving without an interview date.

Thanks guys, i appreciate your opinions, however who wears the shoes knows how it pinches, i wont even go into the efforts made ,expedite reports, senate/congress emails, would still appreciate if anyone has anything to add to my text, would love to know if anyone has gone to the asylum office and refused to leave without an appt date:).....finally when anyone comments on someone elses post, be careful not to be dismissive.
