Hi, please let's know the outcome of your visit. I did mine interview in July 6th, 2022 in SF also still waiting on decision
I had office visit and I was told the officer who conducted my interview left the office. Hanging me to dry ): They said they will get the file and assign it to another officer to make decision. I will check back after 3 months. Hopefully, they will send the decision bf that. I encourage you to go in person and ask if your decision after interview has been pending for some unreasonable time.Hi, please let's know the outcome of your visit. I would defiantly wanted to write to the Congress/Senator rep. but for some reason my lawyer keep telling me not to do it. He thinks it will backfire. I honestly confused whether he genuinely telling me the truth or trying to protect his reputation. Any thoughts please ? For those who took those steps was it effective to speed up things? Both you guys, contact to Senator Alex Padilla's office for help. You will have to fill out the Privacy Release Form first. Mention about your problem and they will definitely help you getting in decision.
Not helpful at all. They have been inquiring on my behalf since March with no luck. it won't backfire, but i don't think they can speed up anything, i have written them 3 times but keep getting same answer that they are still checking my background. Maybe it can just refreshing your case! my thinking. No harm in tryingI would defiantly wanted to write to the Congress/Senator rep. but for some reason my lawyer keep telling me not to do it. This doesn't work for Asylum Cases. After Asylum approval it will work for further actions.Did anyone try to track their case online ? After creating online account when I enter the Alien Number or Case Number, It fails. I heard some people talking about tracking their case online. Is it only for recent cases. Mine was submitted in 2019. Does it mean it doesn't work for all cases ?
It happened to me too. I applied for ead ,got approved within days and my card was delivered in less than 3weeks when my current ead had 4months before expiration. I am still waiting for decision. Interview was in April but no decision yet .Because you are the principal applicant and sometimes it happens with principal applicant. They need to recheck your background and other security issues. Don't worry, you will get response soon. If your wife's card has been approved it's a good sign. As I mentioned above.
