Waiting Asylum decision

I had my Asylum application submitted in 2019 and had interview in 2021. I never heard back from them then after. My status says Decision is Pending! I waited for 6 month and sent an inquiry email. No one replied. I call their customer service number almost everyday and even left voicemail in several occasions, NO ONE ON EARTH ANSWERS A CALL IN San Francisco Asylum Office. No procedure in place at least to get proper update. We left our country bc of tyrant government and system and here smh.... IDK what to do. As a last resort I'm planning on going to the Asylum office in person. Please let me know if anything that I need to know bf my visit. Is there anyone been in to San Francisco Asylum Office for status update? Please share your experience.

Hi, please let's know the outcome of your visit. I did mine interview in July 6th, 2022 in SF also still waiting on decision

Both you guys, contact to Senator Alex Padilla's office for help. You will have to fill out the Privacy Release Form first. Mention about your problem and they will definitely help you getting in decision.

A few applicants generalising their experience with the congressional office that could be simply accidental! Unfortunately, the truth is that congressional office cannot do anything to help especially when it comes to asylum or requesting a timely decision.
 
I just got this today after requesting FOIA, but when I call the number for immigration court in Chicago, it says the case with that alien number doesn’t match any court record or has not been registered with a court. Notice to appear with a date is also not included. Also why is there no reason provided for denial?

So they already have a decision on your case and yet they are still holding while your case been pending decision over two years post interview?!!!

Could you please tell me what exactly you wrote in your FOIA request? I requested twice and both came useless even not listing all documents I submitted

Interview questions/answers and Asylum Officer's Comments.
This is what i wrote. Didn’t get any information on what I requested, just got my file with this decision that was never mailed to me. When i check my case status online it still says application is pending.
 
And i got this a month ago saying uscis does not reflect a decision. But the referral notice is dated 3 months ago. Any advice??

When you got this notice did you notice any change in your case tracking application or case status ?

It still says application is pending. Also i never got a physical notice. This is just my file at uscis, but nothing was ever sent to me

Very Sorry to know about your referral. Reason is stated in the second paragraph. Based on the defined criteria for asylum, your case did not proved that you are qualified for asylum. As I can see in above thread, it seems that your interview still not conducted. In that case, this is very clear that they have already reached on a decision that based on your declaration and supporting documents, your case will be referred. I don't know whether your interview is done already or not.

Why you didn't follow up your case through congressman or senator? why you were keep waiting for two years? You should have take some steps for the outcome. It was your duty to start follow up after 90 days. Contact your District Congressman or Federal Senator's office for assistance.

Thank you so much, i will start working on that right away.

Applied 2016, interview 2021.. decision still Pending.

But why do they delay decision after interview? Its really depressing and stays on your mind 24/7 everyday, its really tough to be in this situation.
