VSC I-485 RFE Sent and waiting for response TRACKER

556 days

I just computed that my 555 days (as against 545 days mentioned in the notice) if I count from ND and excluding 35 days delay that is caused to answer RFE.

BTW, our cases are approved in 35 days after RFE is rcvd.

I think it is ok considering the holidays we had during Thanks giving.

FP Done at Newark - 10/7/2004 (No FP notice yet for wife)
LUD : 11/11/04, 11/24/04, 11/30/04, 12/1/2004 (for both of our case)

Message did not change in all these LUDs. It was same "received your app on 8/28/03..."

Message changed on 12/14/04 for both of us with RFE.

RFE on I-485 for both of us - 12/14/04 (wife had positive TB, couldn't take X-Ray cuz she was expecting at that time).

Eagerly waiting for RFE.

One employee in our compnay with same ND/RD of I-485 got approved without any RFE.

Atlease they are looking on our case. :(

Here is my details:

I sent rfe on 12/14 to USCIS. Mine was to redo Medical.
USCIS received the response on 12/15 and status changed to RFE Received.

RFE ND: 12/02/04
RFE Response MD: 12/14/04
RFE Received Date: 12/15/04

LUD Changes: 11/10/04, 11/18/04, 11/23/04, 12/02 (RFE), 12/15 (RFE Received), 12/16, 12/17, 12/20
 
I have not seen three days of LUD update. If anything happens, i would expect it to happen before the 30th of December. If not, i would have a wait of atleast 6 - 9 months based on my priority date.

RFE is about EVL, W2 .
RFE Mailed on 12/02.
RFE recived on 12/06.
RFE Received by INS on 12/15.

My RFE was received on 10th Nov, and LUD changed on 11th Nov. After that no change, got to know about the approval (message over the phone) on 15th. Verified the status online. Says approved, but with no LUD change (from 11/11). No email either for last 5 days indicating the approval.

I belong to this fraternity (RFE on 485)..so I thought I would let you know.

I got approvals for both me and my wife (looks like the approval mails were sent on 12/20 in the US...I am vacationing happily here in India :D right now).

Anyways...if you are waiting for your approvals, I sincerely wish that you get them soon.

Congrats RolyPoly .... was wondering if you noticed any LUD changes before the approval. I am seeing most of the approvals here only after LUD changes.
USCIS recd my RFE response since Nov 12 2004 and havent seen any LUD changes at all so was wondering about the same.

As EB3 retrogession is effect from Jan 1 st.... How it going to effect our cases.... Who got RFE and RFE response received by USCIS. Any Idea....

If our cases will be picked up or we need to wait untill our PD comes.....

mine is dec 15th. (date on which USCIS received RFE response)

How long do they take my friends for approval/denial.
