VSC I-485 RFE Sent and waiting for response TRACKER

I-485 RD 11-28-2003
RFE 12/6/04 (Employment letter,2 years tax returns & pay stubs)
RFE response received 1/26/2005 LUD: 1/26, 1/28

I have the RFE on 11/16 and i responding on 12/15. I believe as long as the PD moves forward there is no way VSC is going my cases or other relative cases like this. So its gonna be a big WAITING...
 
Anyone got 485 approved after reply to RFE sent and 485 priority date after June 19. 2003?
That is the currrent processing date in VSC for 485.
Is VSC sitting on the files till the priority date is current? Anyone has any observations in this regard?

Yep you are right. VSC is going to sit on cases (EB3) whose PD is > 1/1/02. It does not matter if their RD is less than June 19 2003. I have not seen one case that has been approved yet other than a couple who got approved on the first week of Jan (discrepancies). hey, atleast you have to check the PD only once a month and thats nice.
 
My labor priority date is < 1/1/2002.....but still waiting....dont know how long...
btw, i was reading the replies posted earlier in this thread...seems like people with 485 priority date < june 19 2002 got approved after getting rfe....
encourage one another....the journey will seem easier...:)

Mine is <1/1/2002 case and EB2. RFE response received by USCIS on 11/10/2004. but no news yet. seen LUD changes on 12/14 and 12/15, again on 01/28 and 01/31, but no change in a message.

After looking at threads like these, I feel I am not the only one to be left out.

Got RFE on 12/13/2004 - RFE abt Employer letter, last 4 pay stubs and W2 for last 2 years

RFE replied on 1/04/2005 thru Lawyer.
RFE received by VSC on 1/25/2005

Now the waiting Begins.

You guys should get your approvals very soon as

(a) there is pretty good LUD activity
(b) you belong to EB2 ( no hassles of PDs etc)
(c) You are very seniors - you deserve approvals .

The above statement holds good only if your name check is completed .So let other members of the team know about your name check

Pardon my ignorance, but I was curious to know that this FBI name check is all about? Did you receive a rfe specifically for this or is this something everyone goes through?

Is it related to your fingerprinting???
