It will be probably today!! I mean they may wake-up today to go for the week-end, so we can probably expect the update today....
 
Guys,

what is the use of this update? there are people with august 2003 through december 2003 whose cases are still pending? why do you want to see date update on the site and cause more tension?

What do you guys think about the current published dates of Feb 27 for I-140 EB3? We still have guys waiting for Feb approvals? though we saw some approvals from March and April?

Thanks for the update - hope to see you as our statistician for a longer time. Perhaps VSC is being cautious with dates - so that they do not have to work on queries - nothing more!

Is NIW date a mistake, or a miracle? any idea? anyone whose NIW filed around March, 03 got approved???
 
USCIS is playing around....These dates don't make any sense....
for I-129 H1-B Extension of stay in US ->date is August 28th 2004 :eek:

Everyone is APPROVED even if you are thinking of applying before this date ?????

Do these dates really mean anything? It is frustrating to see VSC play with the sentiments of its applicants by approving 20% of the cases and advancing the dates.
 
VSC Progress

After seeing VSC's progress it is encouraging to see movement in dates but the only dates that have not shown any movement are the EB2 - I140 dates, which is disappointing as many of us are stuck in that queue.
 
It is not encouraging to see movement in dates if your case is still pending. It is even more frustrating and disappointing to see that they are processing Feb 28, 2004 cases while more than half of the cases filed in Nov and Dec 2003 are still pending.
 
March 19 Case Approved

I saw one of my collegue's case, who applied on March 19th For I 140 was approved.
I applied on March 2 th -- No change
Other collegue, applied on Feb 2 Got RFE on 6th Aug -- I dot know what was that RFE is for?

I think even one case is approved they are updating the dates....
So bad...
Still waiting....
