Can you post the RD and ND of the I-539 case?

     My mom\'s I-539 got approved on 12/15 with ND 1/23/00. Just curious about your parent\'s ND.

Looks like TSC is working hard on Audit and trying to throw some impressive figures to show the world how efficient they are?
 
I believe the person who is charge of updating i-140s is out of office for a quite while though TSC

 
 
It is her first extension.

I think my mom\'s situation is common. I know a couple of cases taking this long. TSC has recently speeded up I-539, see their monthly processing time.
 
May be they moved AVM person

May be TSC moved AVM updating person to process cases!!!

TSC hates efficiency that is why they moved efficient AVM updater to some other center which loves efficiency. Just a guess.

My lawyer sent notice yesterday for filing 485 and my 140 got approved. My 140 application was to TSC sent on 21 MaY. I don\'t know the receipt number or ND dates.
