Just got registered!

How long does it take to get receipt notices and checks cleared after filing I485, EAD and AP?

Applied in April,2006 My checks got cleared in 15 days and got EAD in 20 days and FP code3 in 30 days.After that no LUD change.

Received the approval email today. Here is my info to be added to the tracker. My husband's name check is still pending.

I called TSC last week using POJ trick (search the forum and you will find it). Somehow got a very helpful person on the other end who checked mine and my husband's name check and FP status. Found out that his is pending but mine cleared. You may have to try a couple of times though as I understand it depends on who answers the phone at TSC.
 
Question on where to apply 485

My I-140 was approved by TSC even though comp is in OH, we received the approval. Where do I apply 485? I am assuming I should mail the docs to TSC is that correct?

Have you received I-797 Notice of Action yet, if yes, when? When was your check encashed and when is your FP appointment?

I just found my SRC(Receipt) numbers on the back of the checks for 485 (me and wife), 131 and 765. Should have known this trick earlier. No official receipt yet.

Yes, I already received my I-797 notice. Notice date is 6/7/06. Check is encashed 6/8/2006. No FP appointment yet. Hope this helps.

Do you remember on what date you received the notice? And what does the current online status read on USCIS website? Does it say your app was received on 06/02/2006 or 06/07/2006?

HI, Since I filed through my lawer. My lawer emailed me the copy of recipt notice on 6/13/06. So they probably received it around that time. My online status says the case was received on 6/6/06. But my receipt notice says Receipt date 6/2/06, notice date 6/7/06. I think it is because we filed to NSC, but NSC directly transfered to TSC. SO actually our case number starts with SRC. Also, we just received a letter for fingerprint appointment on 6/19/06. It is a code 3.

But I haven't received fingerprint appointment yet. It is ivyperfume, who received it. May be in my case its too soon. I was hoping I would receive Notice of Action yesterday, but I didn't. Hopefully tomorrow I will receive it.

My package ( I485, AP and EAD) was sent to TSC in May 17th. So far, no receipt notices, checks not encashed. I don't have any information regarding my case. I hope my checks can be cleared and then I can at lease know my case is not dead.

It seems it is very rare, at least in this forum since everyone got receipt notice very fast. I feel happy for them :) and at the same time I am worrying about mine :confused: and wish I can get my things done! :D
