AP is approved.

Don't know if sb is updating the spreadsheet now ........ Please add my AP approve date 5/31/06. I got both EAD and AP in mail this week. Thanks.

My office/Lawyer for some reason have not given me my receipt numbers for EAD and AP but looks like I saw LUD for my I-485 on 06/06 and 06/07. I did my FP on 06/06. I assume that my AP and/or EAD have been approved. I need to know if you saw similar LUDs. My RDs are same as your may be 2 days before.

I believed LUD on 06/06/ and 06/07 were FP. I got two LUDs immediatly after my FP.
THere was not strict timeline for USCIS to process EAD and AP. My wife and I got EAD within 17 days. My wife got her AP in 24 days. However, nobody had toughed my AP until today (stayed in USCIS deck for almost 40 days). I am principle applicant. Luck is more important.

Hong long does it take to receive the I485, EAD and AP receipt notice?

I have my I485, EAD&AP filed in May 17th. So far, I haven't received any receipt notices and my checks haven't checked out. I contacted with my attorney and I was told to wait for some more days. It seems it won't take that long to get the notices and I also noticed some guys in this forum with date similar to mine have got their EAD, AP& finger print etc. I am kind of worrying. Can anyone tell me should I worry and what should I do to get my case #? Thanks a lot.

I think you can wait for some more days. Mine took about 20-25 days to get the receipt #s. Check was cleared in 15 days though.

Any one who has my experience?

I have an approved EB3 I-140 with PD Jan. 2003. Then I got another LC through PERM and then an approved EB2 I-140 with PD Jan. 2006.

Because of the rule of PD retension (PD carried over from EB3 to EB2), attorney had my I485, AP & EAD filed in May 17th. So far, I haven't received any receipt notices. Anyone (or friend) who has this kind of priority date carried over in this forum?

Tracker update

updated Indianavictim and msabir. Further added 'JSJ' from Murthy forum. He got transferred from CSC to TSC and got I-485 approved in a little over 2 months total!
 
So many LUDs

I got LUDs as the following not sure either peter7001 got or other during the same time frame or not but I am not sure what does it mean?

I-140 waiting but I-485 RFE

I got RFE on I-485 on June 13 but my I-140 is still waiting( no LUD for 2 month)

I was thinking they have to approve first I-140 and then to start processing the I-485 :confused: :confused: :confused:
