It seems it is very rare, at least in this forum since everyone got receipt notice very fast. I feel happy for them :) and at the same time I am worrying about mine :confused: and wish I can get my things done! :D

it's been a month - if you are sure that the package has been received by TSC, it is good idea to call the USCIS customer support line to find out if they have accepted the filing or not.

Just received Notice of Action for 485, 131, 765 for me and wife. They were mailed out on 06/16/06. RD: 06/13/2006, ND: 06/14/2006.

If your case number starts with SRC then its TSC, if it starts with LIN, then its NSC. Did you receive Notice of Action (I-797) yet? And do you know if your check was encashed. If yes, when? You should soon be receiving figerprint notice, if you haven't already.

How did the BIO 3 appointment go? Did you see a LUD change, before you received your fingerprint appointment letter? What is the current LUD? I apologize, if I am asking too many questions. Its just that you are few days ahead of me, so it sort of gives me an idea, what to expect next.

My case does starts with SRC. My filing date is 06/05 and LUD is 06/09. Not expecting anything till next week end.

Fyi

You should have pretty much everything, except I485, approved/done within 4-8 weeks. I got FP done, EAD approved, travel doc and I-140 approved within 30 days of filing date. Not sure how long I-485 is going to take. I got a LUD on 485, a few days after FP. Hopefully that means FP and name check came back fine. Based on some research in this forum and some other forums, I think 485 should be done in about 2 months or am I too optimistic?

Can you guess about LUDs?

Yes, I had a LUD on 485, when FP was issued, the day after FP and another one a few days after FP. Here are my optimistic guesses about the LUDs:

First one was when they updated the case to say "FP notice has been issued".
2nd one was when they updated it "FP done"
3rd one was when name check came back fine.

These are all my guesses without any internal knowledge of how it actually works.

For all other cases, except 485, I got an approval a few days after LUD. Bottom-line, is that a LUD is a good thing. It means something is going on with your case - as opposed to be stuck in a Que.

By looking at your timelines, I guess my fingerprint notice should arrive later this week or beginning of next week. What do you say? It would be cool, if we get 485 approvals within 2 months.

You said that there was no LUD changed after FP done. Can you tell us last 3-4 LUDs before the I-485 approval.

I saw LUDs on 06/06, 06/07, 06/08, 06/12, 06/13 and nothing after. My EAD and AP was mailed on 06/06. FP was done on 06/06.
