Filed I-140 twice

Hello friends,
I have a situation and I wanted your opinion on this.
I had a PERM labor through which I filed I-140 and got approved.
Now my old labor with 2002 PD got approved. So I filed I-140/I-485 again through that. Though there is no regulation that I can't do that, I just wanted to get your opinion on this. What do you think ? Will there be any issue.

Also,, my Birth certificate does not have my name on it. It has only father's name/ mother's name and date of birth. Will there be any issue with this?

I dont know abt the 1st question.
You need a BC with your name.
 
Addendum to BC w/o a Name..

I guess u r from India, where it is normal to name the baby after a certain period of time, although the BC can be obtained with just the parents name on it. So in order make that doc(BC) valid, either you have to reapply or get an addendum (Notarized on Stamp Paper) from your parents + 1 relative, mentioning that u were the son of so&so and all information on BC are true and the addendum was added due to lack of the name on original BC.

P.S: This is my humble opinion only , so do consider this option with ur attorney before proceeding on it.

physical green card

I am providing this information in case anyone will be interested as I would be. Our I485 are approved on 5/30, and another two LUDs come after and we had the physical green cards on 6/5 and 6/6. Friends of mine also said they don't need to have passport stamped since the card come fast.

My office/Lawyer for some reason have not given me my receipt numbers for EAD and AP but looks like I saw LUD for my I-485 on 06/06 and 06/07. I did my FP on 06/06. I assume that my AP and/or EAD have been approved. I need to know if you saw similar LUDs. My RDs are same as your may be 2 days before.

My number is SRC06-179-XXXX, which means the 179th day of 2006. Therefore, your date is one day before me. Your EAD and AP should have been approved, and you will receive the EAD card and AP approval documents soon. If you have receipt numbers for 131 and 765, you will see it on the USCIS website.

Your LUD for 485 on 06/06 is actually for the EAD, and the LUD for 485 on 06/07 is actually for the AP because I have exactly the same situation.

Yes I am from India and I am in the process of getting the addendum. I hope I don't have to be in India to do that.

I dont think the info is accurate. Mine & my wife's rcpt # starts with SRC06-177-XXXX. My wife's 765 got approved and mine is (LUD) is not updated too.
