Hi ohioperm,
Did your message change when you get the REF? I am expecting a REF for my Birth Certificate as it does not have my Name on it. Just the name of my parents and date.

Yes, the message changed both when they sent me the RFE and when they received the response to RFE. I also got LUDs for both changes. When they send you the RFE, the message should say smtg like" We sent you an RFE on such and such date" .
 
I-485 applied.

Here is my info.

I-140 (EB-1 OR, India)- RD- 5/6/06
ND- 5/8/06
AD- 7/3/06.

I-485 at TSC: RD- 10/02, ND- 10/05. (receipts received in 10 days).

Question- what is my PD for I-485 adjudication- is it 5/6 or 10/02 ??

Should be your I140 RD. that is 5/6

I also got LUD's for my I-485. 10/11 & 10/12. My case has been transferred from TSC to VSC a month back.Don't know why they transferred.

Friends,

Following are my details
EB2/India
Labor Priority date (substitute labor)- Jan2001
I140/485 Filing date - Sep15'05
I140/EAD/AP approval Date - Oct20-22'05

Today, I spoke to the TSC rep and she told me that my priority date is Sep15'05 and not Jan2001 (few months back, I was told by another rep that my name check everything has been cleared and is waiting for approval). I had contacted my lawyer and they are going to send out a letter.

What are your thoughts on the TSC rep's response? I would like to expedite the processing in every possible way I can. Any ideas would be of great help.



PS - I have been in the country for 12yrs(3yrs on F1visa) now...already in my 9th year H1. My anxiety levels are really high and I have been waiting for this for too long.

what did you do to call TSC , Again I think POJ trick is not working and National customer service do not tell anything
 
LUD again

I got another LUD today 10/12 as well as yesterday 10/11 without any message change. Does this look like a mass LUD?

like EB2 India between Jun '02 to Jan '03. Whats the PD of those that got

:p My I-485 has finally been approved. By the way, i got a lud the day before my approval.

I-485 RD Primary : 6/16/06
I-485 RD Spouse : 6/16/06
I-485 RD Son : 6/16/06
FP Appointment : 7/1/06
RFE Sent 9/22 (certifies passport and copy of i-94)
RFE received 9/29
Wife RFE 9/22: (certified passport and copies of i-94s)
RFE received: 10/4
Approval date : 10/11/2006
Luds : 6/17/7/1/73/7/4,7/8,9/22,9/29,10/1,10/10,10/11

This is my theory, if you get an rfe that means that your name has been cleared, If you pd is current, and you receive a RFE, you will most likely get your GC approved after 10 days of the received rfe .

My PD is 06/06 and I am in EB2/World category. I got LUDs 10/11 and 10/12
 
I got a LUD yesterday. 1 day after confirming receipt of my RFE response. I'm also a derivative of my spouse (she's already approved). I'm thinking that 10/11 LUD was a mass LUD.

I agree! My wife's 485 was approved w/in 10 days of receipt of her RFE and she got a LUD the day before her APPROVAL.

Mine isn't approved yet because I got a 2nd RFE. I'm hoping this theory holds true in my case. My RFE was received on 10/10. 8 days to go!

Hi Imq,

First of all check your PD in I-140 approval letter. I guess TSC rep is saying your RD. But make sure by checking I-140 approval letter.

You said, your's is Substitute labor. Are you sure that your employer never filed I-140 prior to some one on this labor. If any time I-140 approved for that particular labor certification and If you are using the same labor for your I-140 then your PD is your RD Date. (I hope you are not confused here with my statement...)
