LUD on Saturday?

Hi all,
Today the online status showed my I-140 had an LUD as of 7/22/2006 (see details in my signature), surprisingly it is a Saturday. I don't think they are working on Weekends. Does anybody else have this LUD also?
 
A lot of LUDs on Saturday were reported. It is not strange. IT people may prefer working on the Weekend and evening, which are best time for them do maintenance work.

Hello all -

I only have one I485 LUD after FP. I called 2 weeks after FP; that time, I was told the FP of my wife and I were cleared but no status with Name check. But when I called last week again, I was told both were cleared and our applications are with an officer and I should hear from him/her soon.
Anybody know am I waiting for adjudication now? Usually how long does it take? And if the information the Texas center gave is correct, I suppose I didn't receive the LUD when our Name check was cleared.

I got LUD too

I got LUD on my I-140 on Friday and Saturday (7/22/06). The message is still the same though - no approval message.

How long USCIS is taking to issue receipt

Hello,

My I-140/I-485 Immigrant Petition was filed with the USCIS Service Center on 07/18/2006. I am just wondering how long USCIS Service Center is talking to issue receipt.

Labor: NJ SWA/EB2, PD: 06/2002, AD: 06/2006
I140/485 concurrent FD: 07/18/2006

It usually takes about a week or two. If you know your checks have been encashed, you can find the Receipt numbers on the back of your checks (On-line Banking).

My LUD for I-140 changed to today . I have an RFE on my I-140 . Does anybody know, USCIS sends RFE document to just attorney or to my home address also ?

I-140 is employer driven. RFE notice must go to attorney. You will not receive any notice from CIS.
 
I-140 Approved today

My I-140 is approved today with email notification and on-line status. Eagerly to wait for our I-485 LUDs and approvals. :)

Hi, can you share the steps to call TSC to inquire about status?

I filed my AP online (efile) and paid using CC and got my SRC# immediately.
I entered my case into my portfolio and there it was with all the details.

I used the POJ trick as provided by some users in the forum. You can look it up from the previous post on this thread.

You did an excellant spread sheet for Dallas backlog centre LCs. Can you indicate how many EB2 india cases in 2002 are there still waiting for GC?

I am too given up on this process to bother to analyze. I am now stuck in name check right... by past history, I should be stuck here for a few years now, so I am not even expecting a quick 485 adjudication. :rolleyes:

Don't call TSC too many times. Name check pending is the common answer they give now a days. We cannot have everyone in the namecheck. We are not from Afganistan. DOS don't have visa numbers for India EB2 any more.

When they have visa numbers they approve without any problems but most likely we have to wait till october unless by some miracle we get it before July 31st.
 
Do you guys think anything good will happen in Sept for EB2 India by spill over from other countries etc or will we have to wait till Oct? Hopefully the PD will be close to where they are today and not retrogress even further...

Please follow the thread eb2 unavailable under retrogression and priority issues. I have done enough postings on this. Please don't dream of unused as long as row eb3 is retrogressed.
