Please post your updates in this forum and I will update the spreadsheet!

Please provide (if you can), Category, PD, RD, FP, EAD AD, AP AD, 485 AD...

Category - e.g., EB2 World, EB3 India etc.
PD - Labor Priority Date
RD - I-485 Receipt Date
FP - Fingerprint Notice Date
EAD AD - EAD Approval Date
AP AD - Advanced Parole Approval Date
485 AD - Your lucky day! :)

Updated again with EAD Approval Date (TSC seems to be amazing when it comes to I-140 and EAD... let's hope the same is now true of the mother of them all - I-485)!

Can somebody tell me if I should see a LUD or see some update on my case status once they issue the FingerPrint notice?

Hi vk2003;

Good job in maintaining the spreadsheet :)
Trying to figure out CIS is a lost art :cool:
They do not have any pattern that you can follow or at least try to make some sense out of it.

I had my I140 approved on December 2005. The company got he hardcopy of the approval on December 26 and I did not get an LUD on it until last week.


The RD for my I-485 is November 2005. I had not received a FP appointment for me or my son(My wife got her appointment on February).

When I called TSC they tell me that my namecheck and my son's are pending.
BTW my pD has been current since I applied so they coud have at least been working in my case since November.

Good luck to all those waiting their approval. They should come in bunch during the next months left of this fiscal year.

Here are my details.....Stuck in FBI Name Check....response from USCIS...when I called...

PD: Sep 02
I140/I485 ND: Sep 05
I140 Approved
I485 AD: ??? (Stuck in FBI Name Check)

Hi Andy,

webwesen has been doing all the work so far, so I won't take any credit at all :) He is also adding a whole host of columns that is making this a very useful tool, indeed.

Your post is very interesting because it appears that they performed the name check first on your app before issuing the FP notice... I have read about a lot of people (in these forums) who are through with the FP check, but are stuck in the name check. So, I guess the only thing clear is that there isn't much of a pattern at all.

Updated mine with FP notice info...

Also made some slight changes to the spreadsheet ("Froze" the top row so that the column names will appear while scrolling....)

There are almost 50+ names in the spreadsheet - if you're reviewing this thread, please take a moment to post your info and if your name is already in the spreadsheet, please provide any updates...

QUESTION:
Fellowes:
In the USCIS visa bulletin for EB2 for India has 01Jan03 for the date for the month of may. I have been under the impression that this means that uscis is processing cases from 01 Jan 03 onwards. Am I correct? or does the 01-Jan-03 date means all cases that have been filed till 01-Jan-03. Thanks

Visa Bulletin dates indicates that I-485 applicants whose PD (labor filing date) is before Jan 01 2003 are eligible to get Visa (GC approval).

Also people who are waiting with PD before Jan 2003 are eligible to file I-485.
