TSC Consolidated 485 Tracker

485 approved

Surprisingly found out my 485 was approved on Jan. 4th. Spouse case is still pending.

1. Anyone having any idea of what I should do next? I used to hear people saying scheduling appointment with info pass, not sure what that is for?

2. Anyone knowing how long I should work for the sponsoring company after 485 approval?

3. My PD is 5/23/2001, EB2, 485 filed 6/4/2004

Name check hell is waiting - Argh

We got the AP and the EAD's very smoothly - however now the question remains how long it will take us get trough name check hell.

In any case I expect an interview as my wifes case is a little more complicated. She took volontary departure in 2003 before returning to the US initially on an H4 and now on an H1.

Why would u assume that ur name check is not complete... its only the lucky 5% :( ofcourse whom I am from.........but if ur from the other 95% then u should be all set soon........... because i got my RFE for I-485 dated the same date that my I-140 was approved, which supportes the assumption that i read once that they process concurrently filled application based on the current processing date of the I-140... so u should be approved soon... unless u are one of the lucky ones..... like me..... :( :( :( :( :(

Congratulations! I have no idea how long the law would require you to work for the company after I-485 approval. By the way, did CIS ask your company to issue a letter or any documents before approving I-485?

You can change your employer through AC 21 once your I 140 is approved and I 485 is pending from last 6 months. But new job description should be the similar as the original LC one.
Sometime USCIS issu RFE about your employment but you can send job letter for a new company.......Not a problem

BELOW IS MY SITUATION...I MADE AN INQUIRY ON 1/24/06(OUT OF PROCESSING TIME) , CALLED BACK TODAY(2/14/06), BEEN TOLD TO CALL ON 2/24/06 IF I DON'T RECEIVE ANYTHING IN MAIL ABOUT OUR PENDING 1-485.
MY QUESTION IS IF NO ANSWER COMES BACK FROM THE INQUIRY FOR TSC WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP? :confused: PLEASE ADVISE...

Got A Letter About Name Check Pending.what's Next? Please Advise...

Bad news is : Both me and my wife received letters about the name check still open :mad: and we can contact them in 6 months :confused:

Good news is:
EAD'S FOR ME AND MY WIFE AND AP FOR MY WIFE APPROVED :)

DO YOU KNOW ANYBODY WHO RECEIVED A LETTER ABOUT THE NAME CHECK AND GOT APPROVED BEFORE THE 6 MONTHS...IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO TO EXPEDITE THIS PROCESS? PLEASE ADVISE.THANKS A LOT

I-140 and I-485 Transferred to TXC

My I-140 and I-485 applications got transferred to TXC from CA. Would like to know if the PD is current, are i-140 and I-485 approved together in TXC?

Texas Tracker Spreadsheet?

Hi,

Could somebody post a link to a I-485 Tracker spreadsheet (if there is such a thing)?

My PD is Mar 2002, I-140 already approved and I-485 was filed on Apr 17, 2006. I'm just trying to figure out what the current timeframes are to figure out when I can expect Biometrics notice, EAD, AP and finally the current state of 485 processing.

I looked around on this site, but I'm unable to find any one consolidated, up-to-date tracker...

Any help will be appreciated...

No LUD change in 485 tracker. What should I expect next?
