you gave some hope for cases like me. my RD is may 3rd 2006. waiting for the freedom. running out of steam. cases like you brings some hope:)

Folks i need your input on this. My Case is EB3 (PD 06/2003). I-485 transferred from VSC to TSC 03/2007. LU changed on 07/03/2007 & 07/04/2007. I called TSC using POJ method. The Customer rep said that my Fingerprint have expired. I received this weird Fingerprint notice on 07/28/2007 (which looks like a xeroz copy) from TSC mailed on 07/25/2007. In the fingerprint notice i have been asked to goto Application Support Center in Boston on 05/15/2007. You read it correctly it is May 15th 2007. I am not sure how to go back in time to make this appointment. Do they (TSC) have invented a time machine? I am really annoyed. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Did you see any LUD after you received your new FP notice?
I think I am in same boat as you. EB3 may2003 is my PD. Case transferred to tsc 03/07. Last LUD on 07/04/2007. But I did not receive FP notice yet.
My lawer adviced me to take infopass. This friday I took.

I am new to this forum and I have given the details in my signature.
I would like to know how to take info pass appt and why there could be LUD on 6/22. And since my case is transferred from VSC to TSC what are the options I need to chose when calling TSC to find my status.

No approvals today, bit worried
dont know why i got lud changed for my approved 2006 140 and 2006 APs
we already got 2nd APs approvals also last week
 
Update:LFGC:EAD card ordered for spouse

Recd 2 emails yesterday: 1 at 10.30am & another at 11.30pm informing that the EAD card for my spouse has been ordered...not sure why 2 emails.

FYI

Had two recent LUDs on 485. Neither got an email update nor the online status changed. It still reads "Case Received and Pending...."

I had a LUD today on my 485 as well. No message change. Also like many others I saw LUD on my already approved AP/EAD during the past few days. Don't know what they are cooking...sigh.

if you have lud changed on your 485, then its a good sign maybe
all the best man
hope you may get approval soon

we dont know our situation, my approved 140 and last year ap got lud changed on 7/28
