Yes. when you apply for 140, you choose either AOS or CP. so after 140, you can go ahead with the CP by apply to the national serivice center at missourie service center. if you chose AOS, you shd apply to the regional service centers for I-485.

if you chose CP, you can still file for 485 and change to AOS.
but if you chose 485, then you have to file for change to CP and then go ahead with the CP.
 
Here are new list of approvals..

there were no approvals of I-140 today, may be they have not updated their system with today's approvals..

Also, some cases that are approved after 8/12 dates are just lucky because for all the dates 8/13, 8/13, 8/15, 8/18, 8/21, 8/25 and 8/28, I only see 2-3 approvals last week.. !

the following are the approvals for dates 8/4, 8/5, 8/6, 8/7 and 8/11, for the cases in the range from 50000 to 52000 ..

Accoding to my guess

Naanshi, fangs, Naman, sv70, jadikaroyaar will get I-140 approved by March last week.
 
it has been7.5 months

hi ,

i find several I140 cases with NDs dated in august being approved...

can anybody predict when my case will be approved:(

my ND/RD is june 18-03
 
Thanks Ginnu for the prediction. Can I use AC21 Law to change Employer, after 180 days from the Notice Date, but without getting I-140 Approval, with the help of my current sponsor? Sponsor will take care of any RFE, if comes.

Latest tracker. Looks like lot of people did not update their EAD/AP approval details. Please check yours and make sure the data is correct.

I got an excel file which runs the required macro. It opens a browser and runs the query on the website like you do manually.. It then prints the results for the range of cases that is provided..

open the excel,
press Alt-F8 ,
it will ask for which case day, you can give something like, 03-256, press ok
it will ask for which case # range, give something like 50000-52000.. press ok..

The macro will kick of, opens a browser and runs the scan for that day's case range you have given.. You will see live as the cases gets added to the excel.

Once you have the cases, the next time you run on the same day's cases, it will only run on the cases that are listed in the excel, so it won't run on 2000 cases, and will run only on probably 50 I-140 cases in your excel, and will be pretty fast..

the first time you run it will take long time(depending on the range).//

THERE IS BIG WARNING FOR YOU GUYS IF YOU WANT TO RUN YOURSELF, IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 10 I-140 CASES IN YOUR RANGE WHICH ARE NOT THERE IN THE BCIS SYSTEM, or IF YOU SCAN MORE THAN 1000 CASES, THEN YOUR IP ADDRESS WILL BE BANNED FOR 24 HOURS. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR ONE DAY TO CONTINUE..

----- Don’t take the risk, change employer after 140 approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days, I am sure you may get I-140 approved by end of March, once the lawyer gets I-140 approval notice get the copy of approval. Keep the LC form ETA750A that has your skills on it so it will help you or new lawyer to draft the new letter of future permanent job with same skills

Sponsor will take care of any RFE, if comes.
---- if you are sure that Sponsor will reply to RFE and will not revoke the I-140 then it is up to you to take the risk

Thanks for your reply as always. I will wait till (anyway I have to) end of March and think about this.

I forgot to mention one more thing. I am going to continue with same Lawyer through out the Greencard process.
