Hi Alvin,

I am working for this company and its a small consulting company around 25 employees. I don't know exactly about the annual revenue...etc but i do know that they showed some profits.

Rfe(Company Financials) replied on 23rd Dec............still waiting.

Great Job. Can you please check for the cases between Aug 18 (Monday) - Aug 29 (Friday)? This will give us an idea whether they have touched those cases or not.

Is the list EB 3 RIR or EB2 RIR or is it random.. (like CP and Concurrent). If possible shed some light.

Hi Naanshi,
I think they've already started processing cases on August 18th because, my ND is Aug18th and I got a RFE.
 
I don't think they are processing Aug second week yet.
I am August 13th and I know of 5-6 people who are either 11,12,13 or 15 Agu and everyone's case is still cold..
 
Quick update :
I ran the scanner for Aug 11th (on Friday the 6th of Feb) and saw that a few cases were cleared.So I guess the August 2003 second week batch has started.

Filling I140 and CP

Hi Guys,

I just got my LC last week. I am planning to file I140 EB2(nebraska center) category and choosing CP at mumbai consulate. Can anybody let me know how much time does it take for the entire process before I get an interview call and any other form to fill at this time. Is this a better or quicker option than AOS.


After filling I140 and choosing CP, can I change my address. what form needs to be filled, does it delay my overall process.

concurrent cases r getting processed faster than the non concurrent ones so i am not sure if u can rely on the scanner for predictions.
