When did you get RFE and when did u response the RFE? Please give us the details...

My I-485 got RFE (don't know what it is yet), see my previous post. IT is so strange that USCIS issued notice before I-140. Hopefully, RFE can be resolved easily. I will update you all.

Same goes for me. Although it is quite discouraging to see people with early October receipt dates still waiting. Makes it difficult to guage the time frame.

Are 485 cases for EB3 applicants being approved concurrently? Does anyone know?

I-140 LUD moved one day

Got I-140 approved on 4/13. The LUD was 4/13. Today I found out it becomes 4/14. The msg is the same:

"This case has been approved. On April 12, 2005, an approval notice was mailed"
 
I think that is very usual.

My 140 case was approved on 4/1, Mail for approval came on 4/4 and got 140 / 485 LUD on 4/4 and 4/5.

It is silent after that.

Probably, they update 485 saying 140 approved and update 140 saying 485 updated. May the departments who deal with them are different, so they acknowledge these actions etc.

Breaking out of my Golden Handcuffs I-140 Approved!!

Hey Guys,

Want to share some good news. My I-140 was approved on the 14th of April. I didn't receive any emails until today, 18th April. There was no update to my online portfolio too until today (yes, I check everyday).
Please check my signature for details..

The only thing missing is that my lawyer tried to claim my priority date from my previous I140 approval (failed GC process :(). That priority date is somewhere in 1999 or early 2000. Not sure if that makes a difference.

congrats sunnycal. your dates are just like mine (except for the fact that i'm eb3 and you're eb2). i'll be checking my portfolio more often now ;)
