I-485 RFE without I-140 approval

I just got status update on my I-485 application today 4/13/05 which I believe is an RFE. The message says:

On April 13, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.

However, there's no LUD on my I-140. Anybody or anybody you know is in the same situation? I always thought USCIS would look into I-140 before they do actions on I-485 (other than FP and name check).

I will update you all what's the RFE all about once I receive the notice. In the meantime, I will just chill out....

What day in October is your receipt date? Mine is 10/27/04 so I'm trying to gauge how far away I am.

Yes, my 140 ND is Oct 14, also EB3 (RD Oct 8).
Got an LUD change on the 485 on March 10.

I know of only one concurrent EB3 filer after us that got approved.

I just received today an e-mail that my I-140 is approved on April 14, 2005.

My I-485 got RFE (don't know what it is yet), see my previous post. IT is so strange that USCIS issued notice before I-140. Hopefully, RFE can be resolved easily. I will update you all.
