Can we do a quick poll for PPL with ND before 10/18 in this thread? Mine is 10/29 though, no LUD on 140 at all.

EB3 pure concurrent I140/I485 RD 10/1/04 ND 10/7/04

I140 LUD 10/8/04
I485 LUD 02/14/05

No approvals yet..
 
Anybody who applied for I140 before 10/18 ? and still has pending I140 with no LUD's . I want to know how many people are in same boat as me.

140 - RD 9/30/04, ND - 10/5/04, AD - 4/1/05, no LUD before approval, No RFE, EB2 substitute labor

My RD for both is Oct-5th...No LUDs on I-140 and my I-485 was transfered to LA OFFICE in Feb-26 (don't know why)...No interview date as of yet...

Oct 25th 2004..I 140 approved

Just got email that my I 140 has been approved on 4/7/2005. My details

EB2 Labour cleared August 2004, 140/485 filed October 25 2004. EAD approved Dec 2004, AP approved January 2005, 140 approved April 2005.

Waiting for any news on 485.

Let us hope USCIS would take the next step and clear the 485 as well.

Hi All

I work for a large company whose immigration is handled by a law firm. The problem is that they are very tight lipped and very hard to get any info from, even about the procedures involved.
Mine i-140/485 was applied concurrently with RD 4th Oct. FP was done and AP received. But apart from that I have not received any communication. I have a few questions that I hope to get educated about from this forum, and then get back to the lawyers.
What is a LUD, what form it is (email/regular mail) and what are its contents? I have registered on the immigration.gov site. But the status check shows a very general message that FP was done. Should LUD/RFE message be reflected there?

LUD - Late Update Date, you can see on USCIS site about when your case was touched.

Sometimes, LUD changed means someone has touched your case, either the officer or yourself's inquiry will trigger it.

If you registered email alerts for your cases, you will probably receive email updates for that.

It is pretty common there is no communications from USCIS on your cases, that's why it is so frustrating.

And you don't need lawyer's help to inquire your case if you find it is not so straight. You can call the CSC emergency number listed in privous posts here directly. Best luck!

I'd assume your LUDs indicate they are at least looking at your case.
I' d stay put and wait - my bet is you'll probably receive approval messages soon.

Your RD and ND is same like mine.

I got 140 approved on 4/1 but my name check is pending, so will have to wait for 485.

In your case as security is cleared, I hope you will get concurrent approval of 140 / 485.

I called up 949-389-3007. if you do not get good response, try again. It depends on who attends your call and how much that person is willing to help.
