Its a small company, had far more employees in past but now its concentrating more on off-shore opportunities and have very few employees in US. its quite possible that they are loosing money in US.

OK! I am asking becasue I may be in a similar situation. I actually fear the RFE a lot since my company is going through serious pb right.

From the details of your case I can see that you replied to CSC more than 2 months after the RFE.
How long is the maximum delay to respond RFE?

I got a confirmation email tonight at 8:30PM regarding the I-140 approval.

My Info:
LC - PD Dec 2001 - EB2 Own Labor CSC.
I-140/I-485/765 ND OCTOBER 7,2004.
FP Notice: OCT 27,2004
FP Done: NOV 10,2004.
FP result received: NOV 16, 2004.
EAD Approved On: DEC 14, 2004.
EAD Card Received on: DEC 18,2004

I-140 Approved: March 30,2005.

I-485 LUD: Jan 20, 2005(Because of address Change).

Good luck to other guys/gals.
Now I have to wait for my 485.

Good News. It looks even the website shows as September. They started to look into October files also. :D

I noticed none of you guys received RFE for I140, would you please tell us if what type of company you are working for (size, profitable)?

140/485 - Rd Oct 6th (ND oct 1st)
140 approved 3/30/2005
485 - lud 1/13/2005
PD - Jan 2002 ( Though I don't see the date on 485 or 140 reciept- but it is based on labor filing date)
we just gave our Daughters Biometrics on 3/26/05, and her 485 lud is changed twice after that (3/28, 3/29/05)

I have an LUD on 3/30, but no message has been changed. Just now (3/31) i received a message, that my case (140) has ben approved.
No updates on 485

So many approvals lately

I can't believe how fast CSC is working these days. It seems they are processing mid-sept to mid-oct cases. Dare we hope for November approvals in 2 weeks?

They issued a RFE for my 140. Message updated 'mail sent Requesting more information'. I don't kow what more informtaion?

Sorry to hear that you got an RFE.
It could be a simple one which can be resolved quickly.
At least you know what's the status now.

I was hoping that CSC was now sending less RFE's on I140 based on recent approval RFE free.

Please let us know what kind of RFE it is once your lawyer receives it.

It really hurts to see people getting RFE. I was thinking that with new proceedures, RFE would be issued only in the beginning than at time of final processing.

It unnecessarily adds more laeyrs of time to it.

Looks like most of the people who are getting 140 approved are having no LUD before approval or just one LUD.

I am not sure if that is a trend but atleast appears to be the pattern at this time.
 
Received an RFE for I140 ( Nov 10 2004 )

Folks

Just received an email from USCIS for I140. It is RFE . So they are working on Nov cases. See my signature.
 
My I140 has just been LUD'ed again.
There is no message change though and of course no email.

CSC is doing somehing with my case I hope it will be an approval and not an RFE or worse ...
