But don't think that i am so lucky because the first time i filed was in Jul'99 and even got 140 cleared but then i changed employer and started fresh...filed labor again in May'2001 on which the Labor department is still working on. I filed another labor for a different job position in Oct, 03 for which i see some progress. Its been a long journey uptill here.

You are absolutely right. I wish there was AC20 or something, then i would have been free way back. Anyway better late than never.
I hear CSC center is moving cases fast. I hope all get cleared soon.

endless_wait, congrats looks like I know couple of cases approved that had ND of November and december.
Something is happening at CIS.

LUD Changed on 485

Hello All,

The LUD on my wifes and my application changed to 3/24/05. No change on I-140. Anyone know what this might mean? Any experiences?

It seems that there are a lot of LUD's lately on I485 (3/21/05, 3/24/05, ...).
Although I don't know the cause I sure hope that it means we get our case approved soon.

BTW how many wives do you have? :D

I believe it is just typo but reflects most men’s unconscious layer. :p

I am on the same boat with csc_pawn (in terms of case status). Seems USCIS either massively changed the cases records without changing the detail or really starts to do sth about the cases. See detail:

CSC EB3 Concurrent
RD 11/07/2004
FP done 12/29/2004
EAD AD 1/15/2005
I-485 LUD 03/25/2005 citing the old message “The result of your finger print has been received…”.
I-140 LUD 11/12/2004 citing the application was received.

I just have one :eek: ! I am glad my wife is not subscribed to this forum.
Lets hope this LUD is a sign of better things to come. I haven't seen any updates on my application since their RD.

So, have there been any approvals for Oct/Nov applicants?

I had LUD on I-485 no change in I-140

We (me and my wife) had a LUD on our I-1485s but no change in message status same as" finger print results review received processing resumed" which we got sometime in early december. No change in I-140.

Here are my details:

Big technology company(public) with 1000+ employees
CSC/EB2 - Labour(Substitute)
I-140/485/131/765: RD:11/08/04 and ND:11/12/04
Finger Priniting Notice Received: 11/24/04 Completed: 12/03/04
I-765 Approved: 01/10/05( for both)
I-131 Approved: 01/14/05(for both)

I-1485: LUD: 03/25/05 same message as after finger printing.

Is it a good sign???

Minor Kids had LUD on their I-485

We have received Biometric notice for our minor kids with a scheduled data on Apr 01, 2005. But my kids have completed this on Mar 25, 2005 as ASC has allowed us to do ( just walked-in around 3:00 PM). To-day the LUD changed for their I-485, but no message change. Still no news on my I-140, and no LUD for my I-140 and I-485

I and my spouse have completed the just finger print ( not bio-metric - no digital signature)on Dec 31, 2004. When we cam back from India in Jun 2004 DHS has taken our Index finger print and picture. My questions are:

Will we ( self and spouse) get any notice from DHS for bio-metric?
Are they ( DHS) going to send approve soon atleast my I-140?
Are they going to approve I-140 and I-485 concurrently soon?

Sent I-140 RFE response on Mar 16th 05, Received by CIS on 3/21/05. EAD got approved for myself and spouse on 3/25/05 and I-140 approved on 3/28/05.

My biggest concern was about Form DE 6 (quarterly wage report). EDD Quarterly wage report which was to be obtained by EDD in a sealed envelope, was received in 4-5 weeks time period (Some one in EDD had told my HR manager that it takes 6 weeks and are issued based on the RFE date). Quite hazitantly I had sent educational documents in ORIGINAL.

Do not know what is PD on I-140 Approval notice.

This DE-6 request is quite concerning though.

How large is your company?
Do you have any idea as what triggered this request?
Company losing money maybe?

My LUD changed for both I140 and I485

My LUD changed (Mar 28 2005 ) for both I485 (changed in the morning) and I140 (changed in the night). But there is no message update on all the occasions.

May be I485 changed for FP. I have no idea about I140. :confused: :)

LUD Changes

Yep, same here.
My 485 LUD changed to 3/22/05.
140 LUD has not changed at all.

Both 485 and 140 ND is 11/04/04.
