The cause for faster processing _in the average_ was not the pilot program. The cause is that "eliminating the immigration benefit application backlog," is their number 1 priority; the pilot program was just one of the means not that important.

Nothing it is most likely a mass update then whatever it means ...
Why would they mass update? What possible reason behind that?
Make us feel better? I think it is clear they don't care ...
Show progress? Then why the same message after the update?

Clearly "mass update" is something I clearly don't understand.

Tell USCIS and Congressman, if they don't processing GC fast enough, US economy will be impacted a lot since we can't concentrate on work.

Maybe we should ... although I am not sure what's best for the economy when I work or when I don't

I just found out that the LUD of my 485 got changed to 03/21/2005. No update on 140. Anyone knows what it is?

Same thing happened to GreenPath5 red91335 and me (see discusssion in previous page).

I have no clue why there is LUD activity on I485 ...

I have several wild theory I wish to entertain though:

1- SW glitch: clearly the budget pb of USCIS starts to show.

2- Operator error: an operator fall asleep with his elbow pressing the LUD function shortcut key on the keyboard distributing LUD to all October 485 untill a beep waked him up.

3- USCIS just loves to tease applicants so they come out with those little unconsistant behavior and then have fun reading our comments on immigration forum.

Naturally you are welcome to post other "theory" for the March 21st update ...

You may be right let's stay positive about this.

I thought that the same officer will work on the concurrent application.
If it is the same officer then it is odd to advance on I485 while I140 is blocked for any reason ...
BTW I don't see how I140 could be blocked, it is either denied, RFE'd or approved, right?

My ND for I-140/I-485(for me,wife & kid) is October 07,2004. EB2 Own Labor(PD,DEC 01).

I and my wife gave FP on Nov 10,2004. We didn't get the FP notice for our kid at that time. But today I have got FP notice for my Kid for Apr 1,2005.
But there is no change in the online Message or LUD.

I received an email two days ago informing that my I140 was approved.
Today, I received emails informing that RFEs were issued on my and my husband I485. What they want from us?
I gave every possible document on earth.
When will I see the end of this agony?
Does anybody know what USCIS want with RFE in I485?

In this case my priority date is Oct-03. Labor got cleared on Sep-04

But don't think that i am so lucky because the first time i filed was in Jul'99 and even got 140 cleared but then i changed employer and started fresh...filed labor again in May'2001 on which the Labor department is still working on. I filed another labor for a different job position in Oct, 03 for which i see some progress. Its been a long journey uptill here.
