Still waiting for my I140 approval,, but what the heck todays my birthday... enjoy life..... amigos and desis..

information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material
is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14
days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National
Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Even my LUD changed on 2/17/2005..... and till now ... nathing has come up.

140, 485 ND - 7/21/2004
FP - 02/05/2005 Date 03/05/2005
140 - LUD on 02/17/2005 ..... still waiting for approvel .

After you respond to the RFE you can hope to get your approval soon going by the trend at TSC.

My LUD changed on the same date but I got my approval on 2/16. One of friends changed on that date but unfortunately he didn't get his approval yet. Hopefully you will get it this week. Good Luck.

Any body here know when will we get FP notice after I-140 approval. Is it week from I-140 approval??

I am looking for the same information. My 140 was approved on 2/16 but haven't received any FP notice yet.
Let us know if you find any more info....
