Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

RFE on 140

I got a RFE on 140 Requesting copies of following
1. Photocopies of my W-2 Forms for 2002, 2003 and 2004;
2. Photocopies of my Employer's corporate tax forms from 2002 to 2004.
Any body got such a RFE?
 
my lawyer has filed the company financial statements and tax returns but i dont think the applicant's tax return are required with the I-140. i am a bit surprised.
but then i dont know....

My 140 also approved on 02/18/2004.
My LUD changed again on 02/21/2004. We both are same boat. Let me know if you get any news on this.

My I140 approved Feb 19, received email today from USCIS

TSC EB3 Case
I140 ND 11/26/04 - AD 02/19/2005
I485 ND 11/26/04.
 
Still Waiting For Approval

Still waiting for my I140 approval,, but what the heck todays my birthday... enjoy life..... amigos and desis..

Just received the e-mail at 13:45 today:

This case has been approved. On February 21, 2005, an approval notice
was mailed.
