Hello Ritu_Sanjay,

When did you get your FP notice? Is it before your I-140 approval or along with I-140 approval? Any idea how long it will take to get FP notice after I-140 approval?

Received FP notice just after we got RFE for I-140. There are various trends at TSC for FP so it is hard to predict.
 
Finally i got the I140 cleard. Y'day my employer told me they received the I140 aporval for me. But the strange is still there is no change in the LUD and the status.

FP - 02/05/2005 Date 03/05/2005
140 - LUD on 02/17/2005 ......... 02/24/2005 employer called me and told that he received a copy of my aproval.

I-140 approved

Received my I-140 approval email today. EAD LUD was on 02/10/2005. Good luck every one.

1. So you got the finger print notice before 140 was cleared?
2. Who gets the finger print notice the lawyer or the applicant.
3. Also does the status of 485 change to something and/or LUD change when you receive the finger print notice.

aj2004,
You get the FP notice as well as your laywer gets one copy.
As I observed the thread with the FP notice there will be no change in the LUD but before FP is issued you may see any LUD changes on EAD or AP.

How many FP notices in Atlanta?

Hello everyone,

I see that some participants of the forum have receved their FP notices even if their cases were file after July 2004. Are any of these participants from Atlanta and is their case EB3/RIR? I have a 485 RD of 08/09/2004. But I have not received any FP notice yet. I am in Alpharetta.and EP3/RIR ( 140-485 concurent filing. 140 cleared on 1/24/05)

FP Notice

Guys,

Did you see any pattern by USCIS about FP notices after I140 approval? Is it same for EB2 and EB3 cases. I saw in few EB2 cases that they approved I-485 in about 3 months after FP. Any EB2's waiting for FP notice with their I140 approved in Jan / Feb 2005? Any EB3's who got FP notices after their I140 approval this year.
