Hi Guys...Here is our details...

Can someone please update our details...My wife is primary applicant with EB3 application. We just received the receipt copies from our attorney and the AP was already approved by the time I created the account on USCIS web. But we are still waiting for the actual copies.

BTW, where does the APs mailed to, applicant's or Attorney's?

You will be exempted from the Airport Transit Visa (V.T.A.) if you hold: valid visa for Switzerland, Canada or the United States of America.

Yeah... I called German Consulate and people travelling with Advance Parole do need Transit Visa. It's simple procedure and only $13. Planning on applying tomorrow.

The Delta airlines stops at Paris for 2 hours and they u have to change the terminal.U have to pass thru security screening when u do so.That is where they check ur passport for a valid visa.

U need a transit visa if u do not have a valid visa stamp on passport...........
I did not have one as i am applicant for pending 485 case and did not apply of H1 EXTENSION.

No, Not yet.
EAD --- there is an RFE but not sure what is it about ... lawyer yet to receive it.
AP --- RFE is about the photo identification , they need a clear photo identification pref: color copys of passport or drivers ID.

Advanced Parole were approved for both myself and my spouse today after replying to REF, which was about photo identification.
I inserted the info into the excel.

priority date

any body has any idea what is priority date in GC processing? is it the date when u applied for ur labor?
