How long should I expect to receive the 140/485 receipt after we sent out applications now a days.

What should I do to join you? change computer settings or something else?

Formally TSC has announced that I-140 and I-485 filed concurrently will be processed as per I-140 processing dates. My I-485 has been approved as per this announcement. The attachment has updated dates from me.
