RFE for I-140 EB2 at TSC RD 4/5/2004

Yesterday got an email from USCIS online system with the undermentioned msg. I think it is an RFE. Will keep you all posted as soon as it is received.

LUD on I-140 5/11/2004
changed to 2/2/2005
to today 2/3/2005

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Wanted to updated with my FP Notice, which i received on 01/31/2005.
My case status .. ie LUD is not changed at all, this makes me more confused as one of my friend applyed 140/485 on September and still he got 140 approved last week and no FP for him.
God know when kind of procedure they are following.........?
ND: 140/485/EAD/AP 07/21/2004
AD: EAD/AP 9/10/2004
FP: 01/31/2005

Does 140 approval and FP notice depend on each other?
Is it possible that, they come simultaneously at the same time or does one(which ever comes first) has to wait for the other?

Corrected AP approval dates

Just got my Adv Parole approval notice from the lawyer. The LUD on AP had changed on 1/20/05 - it was approved per website. But the approval notice has an approved date of 1/13/05.

Am still waiting for EAD though....and 140/485......is a long way......

Got Lud For November 2004

JUST CHECKED EMAIL GOT LUD's on 02-03-05 for I140 and I485. Will keep you guys updated on the LUD.
 
Any body got a LUD change or approved 140 with a priority date after Jan 01 2002?

I wonder if they are picking up the cases with priority dates before Jan 2002 :confused:

I didn't know your category (EB2/EB3).
 


Are FP notices recieved by you, attorney or both.

Is your USCIS website case status updated with the FP notice information?
 
I have received FP notice in mail. I think attorney should get a copy. I will check with attorney and let you know.

There is case status updated in the USCIS website for FP notice.

I haven’t received my wife’s FP notice yet.

Interestingly I got an LUD changed to 02/03 too, but it was only for my(& my family's) AP applications, which already got approved in November and I got the papers. Any ideas !!
 
FP Notice

Guys,

Just received FP Notice in the mail. It is schedule for 03/10/2005. No LUD update on any forms.
