updated tracker

I have updated the tracker with my cse info.

Looks like an RFE on AP:
Here it is .. Can anybody have an idea what it might be about...

On January 4, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283

I-765 ----> RD : 12/13/2004 & AD : 01/04/2005 (EAD)
I-131 ----> RD : 12/13/2004 RFE : 01/05/2005 (AP )
I-140 ----> RD : 12/13/2004 & AD : WAITING
I-485 ----> RD : 12/13/2004 & AD : WAITING
 
I have Dec 29 as the receipt notice date for my EAD and AP and my wife's EAD,AP and 485. It took them about 10 days to send the receipts.

But I still haven't received the receipts for my 140 or 485 (applied all together). So, don't know what they are doing or how long does it really take?

man, they send RFE for AP toooooo. THat is crazy. kapsy can you update the forum when you receive the notice that what the RFE is about.

REF for AP

Kapsy,
I got REF for AP also a while back. It was for photo id. They needed another copy of photo id.

Where do I file the EAD and AP?

Elementary question - but I am not sure and therefore would appreciate if someone replied.
I downloaded the pdf and printed it out and filled it with a pen (I765 and AP).
Reason I did this was because the online form would not allow me to put in my complete last name.

I live in Atlanta, Georgia.
My I140 and i485 have been concurrently filed (August 2004) and labor was filed in the EB3-RIR category.
Where do I file the I765 and the AP forms?

Were you not supposed to file everything together?

Please Update Tracker And Do Mention If You 1485 Is Being Transfered To Another Center Or Office.

Hello Everyone, I have a question from ziad2005's post. Is it possible that the papers are transferred from the TSC to some other center. What would be the reason for that.
