Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

Newbie in the list...

Hello everyone,
I having been watching this thread for couple of weeks now, since I applied for my concurrent I140/485 from the TX Service center around 12th Dec 2004. This last weekend I received the EAD's for myself and my wife. It took less than a month and also considering the holiday season, the TX did a good job.

I would be adding my name shortly to the Spreadsheet. I am asking my lawyers to give me the receipt copies.

I-140 Approved .....

Here are my details ......

Mine is a EB3 RIR case. My Labor was approved in July 2004. I applied for concurrent processing.

I-765 ----> RD : 08/23/2004 & AD : 09/09/2004 (EAD)
I-131 ----> RD : 08/23/2004 & AD : 09/14/2004 (AP )
I-140 ----> RD : 08/23/2004 & AD : 01/07/2005
I-485 ----> RD : 08/23/2004 & AD : WAITING

What is surprising is that I haven't received finger print notice yet.

I have updated TEXAS Service Center I140/I485/EAD/AP tracker XLS with my info.

This may not be accurate but look at the uscis page they say they are in

their jan 06,2005 that they are updating april 04 but actually they are still

doing jan 04 but but

if you look at texas tracker all cases till april 04 have done their finger prints

again and again look back to the uscis page

in dec 17,04 they had updated 4 months i.e till jan 2004

in jan 06,2005 they had updated again 4 months i.e till april 17, 04 so the

probability

that feb _ _ 2005 they will update another 4 month is july or agust 04..

Thanks all. But I don't know the fate of my I-485. Usually cases filed concurrently are being approved concurrently. Now that my I-140 is approved and I haven't received my FP notice, I don't know how and when will things straighten out with my I-485.

I just hope that they don't put it in the regular 485 queue which is currently being processed for Dec 2002 cases.

I will keep you all informed.

My I-140 approved on Jan 7th 2005 and I received the approval emails. But when I checked my portfolio the I-140 date changed to Jan 10th 2005 but no emails. I-485 dates still remains the same. Can anyone experienced the same.

Congratulations Mhsoor. My I-140 was approved today. I am in the same situation as you are. I have not received any FP notice so I am not sure where my I-485 stands. I have sent an email to my attorney and will update if I find out anything.

Here are my details.

I-140 ND : August 19, 2004
I-140 AD : Jan 10 2005
I-485 ND : August 19, 2004 (Concurrent Filing)
I-485 AD : ??
FP - Not yet done

Congrats both of you ...

Looks like TSC has started implementing non-concurrent 140-485 adjudication as per the latest memo. That is the reason why they are approving 140s without even the FPs. Whole of last year they would not touch the 140 if FP is pending.

However on the other hand I see that they are continuing with 140-485 concurrent adjudication with those cases whose FP is done and 485 is ready for approval.

This looks like a good trend to me..

deep23, I really appreciate your help. I spoke with my attorney and she told me that, "USCIS is currently sending out FP notices for the cases filed in Mar/Apr 2004. According to their speed, you should hopefully receive FP notice in next 60-90 days".

If you find anything from your attorney let me know ASAP.

Updated consolidated tracker

I have updated the tracker with my changes. Mhsoor, good to know that TSC is close to sending out FP notices for I-485 applicants from Apr 2004. Looks like TSC is moving fast as far as I-140 goes. I have not heard from my attorney yet. Thanks for the information.
 
one possible reason...

First, congratulations to everyone who got I-140 approved today!!

the possible reasons that some Aug. 04 filers got I-140 approved while many of other earlier filers' I-140 are still pending:

1. some earlier concrrent cases' 1-140 and I-485 are bundled together (we can guess that all concurrent cases before Aug. 04 are tired up together except CP cases). TSC don't have any idea how to separate already bundled cases. that's why they have new memo to stopping concurrent adjudication. So some officers start processing unbundled cases start from Aug. 04.

2. TSC are still not sure how implement new memo. They still have not yet made a decision on how to handle the bundled cases like myself and others whose Priority day is not current but everything else is ready. So our I-140 are still pending while new I-140 processing date is already moving to April 2004!!!

3. Before TSC make decision on how to implement new memo related stopping concurrent adjudicate, any bundled concurrent cases earlier than Aug. 04, are ready to adjudicate (FP is done and visa number is available), they will continue to do so.

Any comments?
 
How much time does it take to receive a Notice from CIS. I submitted my 140/485/131/765 on 29th Dec and was received on 30th Dec. I have not heard back anything from them still.
 
Looks like those who filed concurrently and are receiving approvals after 01/01/2005, are receiving approvals for just I-140.

Is there anybody who got approval for both I-140 and I-485 since 01/01/2005?
 
I-140 change in LUD after approval!

My I140 got approved on Jan 7th 2005 and received approval email on 7th itself. But my LUD changed today also (1/10/2005) but not email. Any comments or anyone with similar situation.
